These policies apply to investors in our funds and other managed account clients and may be changed at any time, provided a notice of such change is provided to you.
Family Partners Capital, LLC collects certain non-public personal information about you (such as your name, address, social security number, etc.) from information that you provide on subscription agreements, applications or other related forms, from communications with you or your authorized representatives and from your transactions with us or others. This information may be of a personal or family nature or of a financial nature.
Access to non-public personal information is restricted to those Family Partners Capital, LLC employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We contract with non-affiliated third parties to perform services for us and, when necessary, disclose your information to them. In all such cases, we provide the third party with only the information necessary to carry out its assigned responsibilities and only for that purpose. Furthermore, we require these third parties to treat your nonpublic information confidentially. In addition, we maintain systems and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable regulations to protect the privacy of your nonpublic personal information. Our privacy policy and practices will be maintained even if you no longer engage with our firm.
